Is it hard to build a house?
It is a long process in BC. However, our team will work with you to eliminate all the headaches and stresses of homebuilding. We do all the work-meetings, plans, inspections and completion.
How long does it take to build a house?
If you factor in from the design phase to completion, you are looking at anywhere from 13-24 months for an average home of approx 3500 sq.ft. The longest time is usually getting the plans approved by your local municipality.
